EXPERIENCED AGRONOMIST AT KULLA FARM

Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Agronomist to join our team at Kulla Farms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of all aspects of crop production, including planting, irrigation, fertilization, pest management, harvesting in both greenhouse and open field, and ability to manage a team of growers.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of crop production, from planting to harvest.
• Develop and implement crop production plans.
• Monitor crop growth and development.
• Identify and diagnose pests and diseases.
• Implement pest and disease management strategies.
• Manage irrigation and fertilization schedules.
• Ensure crops meet quality standards.
• Willing to work in open field cultivation.
• Manage a team of growers.
• Any other tasks assigned by manager.

Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in commercial crop production
• Strong understanding of crop physiology and agronomy
• Experience with pest and disease management
• Experience with irrigation and fertilization management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work long hours and in challenging conditions
